STATE FOOTBALL: Dutchtown falls to Rome ending historic season (copy)

The Dutchtown Bulldogs still feel slighted to some extent about 2017.

HAMPTON — Elite Eight football action is upon Dutchtown High School once more, and the Bulldogs must contend with one thing.

In 2017, it was the first year for now third-year head coach Clifford Fedd and the roster was loaded. There was a freshman named Arendez Fedd starting games for the Bulldogs at quarterback. There were solid future stars like Shanaan Mckoy, Chris Joyce and even Trey Dean.
