McDONOUGH – The Georgia Legislature has certified three statewide measures to appear on the General Election ballot in November. Voters will be asked about two state constitutional amendments and one state statute. The amendments pertain to property tax exemptions and creation of the Georgia Tax Court.

Voters will decide if they are in favor of creating a Georgia Tax Court that would be a part of the Georgia Judiciary. The court would replace the current Georgia Tax Tribunal, which operates under the Executive Branch.
