MCDONOUGH — An 85-unit project will be developed near Atlanta Motor Speedway after the Henry County Board of Commissioners approved a rezoning at its regular meeting Tuesday.
Commissioners voted 4-1 to approve a rezoning request for more than 24 acres at the northeast corner of the U.S. Highway 19/41 and Franklin Rivers Road in Hampton. The property will be rezoned from residential-agricultural to multi-family residential for a single-family detached cluster home development.
