MCDONOUGH — A 206-lot subdivision in the Kelleytown community will be developed after the Henry County Board of Commissioners recently approved a rezoning and conditional use permit.

During its Tuesday, Nov. 19 meeting, the Board of Commissioners approved an appeal for a conditional use permit and a rezoning from residential-agricultural single-family residential for property at the northeast corner of the Old Kelleytown Road and Kibbee Road intersection. The proposed subdivision on nearly 166 acres will be near Pleasant Grove Elementary School and the Kelleytown Village shopping center.
