Jack Honors Jimmy Carter In Frst Speech

On Thursday, Jan. 9, U.S. District 3 Rep. Brian Jack, R-Georgia, delivered his first speech on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives and honored the life of former President Jimmy Carter — the only president from Georgia. In his comments, Jack highlighted some notable moments of Carter’s legacy within District 3 — including attending many races at Atlanta Motor Speedway in Hampton.
