McDONOUGH — City officials in McDonough recently approved updates in the city plumbing code in an effort to enhance water efficiency for city residents. The council plans to adopt the new codes this year.

During its special called meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 19, the council discussed a resolution for proposed amendments to update its plumbing code for water efficiency.
