MCDONOUGH — During its Tuesday meeting, the Henry County Board of Commissioners rejected a proposal for the microchipping of all dogs and cats in the county six months and older.

Voting against the plan were Commissioners Johnny Wilson, Dee Anglyn, Kevin Lewis and Michael Price, while Commission Chair Carlotta Harrell and Commissioner Neat Robinson voted in favor.
