MCDONOUGH — In a report released Tuesday, the Henry County Board of Ethics issued a public reprimand to former Henry County commissioner Vivian Thomas in connection with allegations by a former constituent aide.

In the report officially dated Sept. 21 but released Tuesday, the Ethics Board issued the reprimand after concluding Thomas engaged in activities prohibited by law and inappropriate conduct by a county commissioner.
