McDONOUGH — In a very brief luncheon for Henry County’s legislative delegation and Henry County commissioners Tuesday, county staff asked for legislators’ support in bringing a public safety training academy to Henry County.
“One of our primary initiatives is to look at how we bring our training home, how we do it to where it’s more feasible to get our personnel on the street faster,” said Assistant County Manager Brad Johnson at the luncheon hosted by county officials at the Henry County Administration Building.
