Great Britain's Lando Norris rode the pole position to victory at the Singapore Grand Prix on Sunday, moving closer to the top of the Formula One drivers season standings with his third win of the year.
Norris defeated current leader Max Verstappen by 20 seconds at the Marina Bay Street Circuit, shaving seven points off Verstappen's lead, closing it to 331-279. At the same time, Norris' wire-to-wire victory increased McLaren's lead in the constructor standings to 41 points over Red Bull, 516-475.
