Atlanta Falcons defensive lineman Grady Jarrett (97) rushes Seattle quarterback Geno Smith (7) at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Oct. 20, 2024.

ATLANTA — The Atlanta Falcons couldn’t get out of their own way Sunday, and the scoreboard reflected it.

Kirk Cousins turned the ball over three times in the fourth quarter, the Atlanta pass rush managed just one sack against a depleted Seattle offensive line, while the team committed nine penalties, and the Falcons lost 34-14 at home to the Seahawks.
