McDONOUGH – Members of Connecting Henry spent an evening celebrating their hard work in the community at its Starry Night Gala. The gala on Nov. 2 raised funds for the general operations of the nonprofit organization, such as salaries and other operational expenses, so they can keep focusing their donations on helping residents of Henry County.
Executive Director of Connecting Henry Barbara Coleman said events like these are important for the organization, so they can “keep people employed that can help the homeless.”
