Robinson Earns Certified County Commissioner Designation

Henry County District 2 Commissioner Neat Robinson was recently recognized by the ACCG and the UGA Carl Vinson Institute of Government for completing her core classes to become a Certified Commissioner. The congratulatory letter from Mara O. Shaw, associate director of the Carl Vinson Institute of Government, read in part: “The University of Georgia and ACCG are pleased to inform you that you have completed all of the courses required for your certificate of recognition as a Certified County Commissioner.” Robinson successfully completed nine courses to earn the honor. Those courses included County Government 101, County Government Finance, County Government Law, Economic Development, Ethics, Human Resources, Leadership, Property Appraisal & Taxation and Public Safety & Public Health.
