Stockbridge City Hall

STOCKBRIDGE – After deferring a vote until after the proposed site plans had been updated, the Stockbridge City Council approved a rezoning that will allow for a townhouse development to be constructed on the north side of Hudson Bridge Drive.

The request to rezone the 20.37 acres from General Commercial (C-2) to Medium-Family Residential (MFR) followed the approval of an amendment to the city of Stockbridge's Comprehensive Plan. The rezoning request was also approved by the City Council as it was consistent with the updated comprehensive plan.
