Officer Arrested For Giving Warrant Information To Suspect

JONESBORO — A Clayton County police officer is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in December after being arrested for allegedly giving information to a suspect about his warrants.

The Clayton County Police Department announced Friday that Officer Amari McCrary violated the Georgia Crime Information Center rules and was charged with computer invasion of privacy and violation of oath by public officer.
