Stockbridge approves impact fees

McDONOUGH – In the first meeting of 2025, the Stockbridge City Council heard a presentation for a 94-unit townhouse development along Flippen Road near Fairhaven Road.

Developer Vista Residential Partners proposed a master plan for three parcels along Flippen Road that were annexed from Henry County into the city of Stockbridge in 2023. The 18-acre tract is designated as Planned Unit Development (PUD) and requires an approved master plan for the property per the Stockbridge Unified Development Code (UDC). After a plan is approved, the zoning will change to PUD - Master-Planned Development.
