Ribbon cutting for Piedmont Physicians Anglyn Internal Medicine

Leaders from Piedmont and Piedmont Henry Hospital joined Drs. Derrell and Adam Anglyn and their staff, as well as members of the Henry County Chamber of Commerce, for a ribbon cutting at the physicians’ practice.

McDONOUGH – Anglyn Family Medical Center in McDonough recently joined Piedmont and held a ribbon cutting to announce their new partnership and name — Piedmont Physicians Anglyn Internal Medicine.

The practice has been caring for people in and around McDonough since 1957 beginning with Dr. Bob Foster. Derrell Anglyn, M.D., joined Foster’s practice in 1984 and took over the practice the following year when Foster retired. Adam Anglyn, D.O., Derrell’s son, began practicing with his father in 2018. Adam is a graduate of Henry County High School and Georgia Tech. He got his medical degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a residency in internal medicine at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
