McDONOUGH — An 18-year-old Florida woman has been arrested in connection with an October kidnapping and carjacking outside the North Henry Boulevard Walmart. She is the second arrested in a trio of suspects identified by Henry County police.

The Henry County Police Department asked for the public’s help to identify the three suspects after the victim, a 20-year-old man, called police from a Stockbridge residence to report that he was kidnapped Oct. 30 when two men and a woman stole his vehicle.
