McDONOUGH — Jennifer and Joseph Rosenbaum pleaded not guilty in Henry County Superior Court Tuesday to charges of murder, cruelty to children and aggravated battery in the November 2015 death of their two-year-old foster child.
The couple and their attorney Corinne Mull will now prepare for trial, which is expected to take place some time next year.
